Program Outline

This full-time course is tailored for CPL holders aspiring to become Flying Instructors. It combines flight training with theoretical sessions covering instructional techniques, effective communication, human factors in flight training, and the art of delivering impactful lectures and briefings.

Beyond developing essential teaching skills, the program also prepares cadets for the DGCA examinations required to obtain the Assistant Flight Instructor Rating (AFIR) or Flight Instructor Rating (FIR). Through a balanced approach of hands-on training and theoretical knowledge, we equip future Flying Instructors with the expertise needed to excel in their roles.
